Comfortable and well-appointed rooms, clean with plenty of fluffy white towels and good quality bed linen. Excellent dinner options on varied menu. Good breakfast selection served and cooked to a high standard. Friendly and welcoming staff.

I had a second visit to the Saracens Head in just 2 weeks, and it was just as impressive as the first time. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was tasty and served in a pleasant environment. The friendly and efficient staff added to the overall positive experience. I will definitely consider staying here again when I'm in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated on a pretty high street with a good variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the onsite restaurant and bar. The suite we stayed in exceeded our expectations, being very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast selection was great, and the chef even provided a take-away option for us. Another highlight was the friendly and supportive staff, especially the night manager who went above and beyond to assist us.

We stayed in a gorgeous hotel located in a charming old street with lots of character. The room was lovely and the bed was comfy, providing a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast was filling and tasty, ensuring we started our day off right. the hotel was conveniently located near the South coast, allowing us to explore the beautiful surrounding area.

The bathroom was in dire need of refurbishment, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at this place in a beautiful suite, and I must say it was a truly luxurious experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a lovely cotton duvet cover that just made me sink in and relax. The bathroom was also quite luxurious, with a stand-alone bath right in the bedroom, giving it a really indulgent feel. The shower and toilet room was clean and modern, and the White Company toiletries provided were a lovely touch. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and understanding, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends, as the location is fantastic, right in the centre of Dunmow. It's also conveniently close to the High Chelmer shopping centre, which is great for some retail therapy.
